A Fun Weekend

This weekend we actually got a break from wedding planning and were able to have some fun. Some friends had a crawfish boil. Here are some pictures of the day's festivities.

Wedding Invitations

Oh the madness of wedding planning! Kristin and I spent some time tonight stamping and stuffing invitations. The wedding is getting pretty close and I think everyone is getting to the point where we can't wait for the madness to be over so we can get our lives back!

Watchdog

So, Lucy enjoys waking us up in the morning so she can go 'sun' herself on the balcony. She does this from about 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. growling slightly at strangers and small children. She would be a great companion for an old disgruntled man on his front portch.

Gabe Turns 28!

This is about one month late but my birthday was awesome. Lindsey surprized me with Rockets tickets. We had to go through rush hour traffic but we got to the Toyota Center on time and had a blast! The Rockets lost but it was a close game all the way to the end.

Engagement Pics?

This past weekend we attempted to take some pictures... We really wanted to go to Austin and have a good friend do it, but we ended up staying in town so we could relax the rest of the weekend. We had a family member take a few shots and these are some of the good ones. So you might be seeing one of these on a save the date here soon!

Astros Game

So, we went to the last Astros game of the season yesterday. It also happened to be Brad Ausmus's last game ever. It was a great day for baseball. It was a cool 84 degrees and the roof on Minute Maid Park was open. The beer tasted great and the hotdogs were awesome!
